Yes, if you first get a permit from the Police department for a golf cart. To get a permit you must pay a fee, show proof of insurance, and have the unit inspected. Inspection is to insure the unit has a bicycle safety flag, a visible safety triangle, and no obvious defects making the unit unsafe.
