 Sewer Rehabilitation Project at City of Knoxville 2013 Sewer Rehabilitation Project
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources requires cities to reduce the amount of stormwater which flows into sanitary sewers. This $4.6m project includes the lining of aproximately 79,000 linear feet of sewer main and replacing 330 manholes in the central and southern portions of the City of Knoxville.

 Downtown Streetscape design Downtown Streetscape Project - Phase II
Downtown Knoxville has aging infrastructure which is in need of replacement. This $10.5m project includes the reconstruction of 16 blocks in the downtown area which will replace the streets, sidewalks, sanitary and storm sewers, and other infrastructure. Phase II includes the 4 blocks around the Marion County Courthouse, and Robinson Street between 1st and 2nd.
